THE PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING THE LANDING FLARE THE AIRCRAFT TURNED TO THE RIGHT & THE RIGHT WING DROPPED. WHEN HE ATTEMPTED RECOVERY HE GROUND LOOPED TO THE LEFT.
