On January 11, 2017, about 1521 UTC, a Cessna 560, Norwegian registration LN-IDB, experienced a control upset during departure from the Oslo Airport (ENGM), Gardermoan, Norway. The foreign, non-scheduled, repositioning cross-country flight had departed ENGM and continued to its destination, Sadefjord Airport (ENTO), Torp, Norway. The airplane had flown from Switzerland to Oslo. After a quick ground stop and a long high-speed taxi in reported light rain and snow, the airplane departed for ENTO with just the two pilots on board. They did not deice the airplane on the ground. After takeoff and raising the landing gear and flaps the airplane became uncontrollable. The airplane turned left 90 degrees and descended coming close to the ground.
