On October 16, 2015, about 2330 Coordinated Universal Time, a Cessna 207 airplane, C-GNVZ, impacted terrain near Taylor, British Columbia, Canada, under unknown circumstances. The pilot and passenger sustained fatal injuries. The Transportation Safety Board (TSB) of Canada is investigating the accident. As the State of Manufacture of the airplane and engine, the NTSB has designated a U.S. accredited representative to assist the TSB in its investigation.
