On June 11, 2015, about 2340 eastern daylight time, a Canadian registered PA-23-250, C-FXPS, impacted terrain about 1.2 nautical miles from the Kangirsuk Airport, Kangirsuk, Quebec, Canada. The pilot and two passengers were fatally injured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the government of Canada.
