On August 9, 2014, at 0916 universal coordinated time, a Schweizer model 269C helicopter, Austrian registration OE-XRL, serial number S1716, sustained substantial damage during landing at the Stockerau Airport (LOAU), near Stockerau, Austria. The pilot and his passenger were not injured. The local sight-seeing flight departed at an unconfirmed time. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Austrian government.
