THE PILOT STATED THE BRAKES LOCKED UP ON TOUCHDOWN WHICH RESULTED IN THE AIRPLANE GROUNDLOOPING AND NOSING OVER. POST ACCIDENT INSPECTION OF THE AIRPLANE REVEALED THE PARKING BRAKE WAS SET.
