THE PILOT IN COMMAND DID NOT PROPERLY ALIGN THE AIRPLANE WITH THE AIRSTRIP LANDING ZONE. A FACTOR WHICH CONTRIBUTED TO THE ACCIDENT WERE THE TREES.
