THE HELICOPTER HAD JUST LIFTED OFF WITH A LOG ON A 150 FOOT LONG LINE WHEN THE HELICOPTER CRASHED. THE INVESTIGATION REVEALED THAT THE HELICOPTER WAS OVERWEIGHT BY 1,660 POUNDS.
