ACCORDING TO THE PLT, HE WAS TAXING TO TAKEOFF FROM A BEACH, WHEN THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR STRUCK A LOG & COLLAPSED. THE RIGHT WING THEN DRAGGED ACROSS THE GROUND & WAS DAMAGED.
