SHORTLY ATER TAKEOFF, THE HELICOPTER EXPERIENCED A COMPLETE ENGINE FAILURE. THE PILOT MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING ONTO AN OPEN LOT. THE ENGINE FAILURE WAS DUE TO A FAILURE AND SEPARATION OF THE TURBINE INTERMEDIATE PINION DRIVEN GEAR WEB UNIT.
