AFTER A HARD LANDING ON A GRAVEL RUNNWAY, THE STUDENT PILOT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE AIRPLANE. THE AIRPLANE THEN GROUND LOOPED TO THE RIGHT. THE AIRPLANE WAS SUBSTANTIALLY DAMAGED AND THE STUDENT PILOT WAS NOT INJURED.
