AFTER A SIMULATED EMERGENCY LANDING, THE ENGINE WOULD NOT RESPOND TO APPLICATION OF THROTTLE. THE AIRPLANE NOSED OVER ON WATER COVERED TUNDRA. NO MECHANICAL MALFUNCTIONS OR FAILURES WERE NOTED DURING ENGINE EXAMINATION.
