INADEQUATE COMPENSATION FOR WIND CONDITIONS BY THE PILOT. THE TAILWIND, THE PILOT'S IMPROPER USE OF BRAKES, AND HIS LACK OF RECENT EXPERIENCE IN THE TYPE OF AIRCRAFT WERE CONSIDERED TO BE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS.
