DURING LANDING, ONE OF THE PAXS IN THE BALLOON BASKET SUFFERED A BROKEN ANKLE. PLT SAYS LANDING WAS A NORMAL RIP OUT LANDING. NEITHER HE NOR PAX KNOWS HOW INJURY OCCURRED.
