THE ACFT TRAVELED OUT OF CONTROL AFTER THE PLT HAND-PROP STARTED THE ENGINE. THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A PARKED FUEL TRUCKS. THERE WAS NO FIRE. THE SOLE OCCUPANT IN THE ACFT WAS A NON-PILOT PASSENGER.
