THE PLT STATED THAT DURING THE RETURN FROM A X-COUNTRY FLT THE ACFT RAN OUT OF FUEL ONE-HALF MILE FROM THE RWY. POST ACC EXAM REVEALED THAT BOTH FUEL TANKS WERE EMPTY.
