THE PILOT MADE SIX ATTEMPTS AT LANDING WITH A LEFT CROSSWIND OF 24 KNOTS. ON THE LAST ATTEMPT HE WAS OBSERVED TO LOSE CONTROL AND CRASH INTO THE TREES OFF HE DEPARTURE END OF THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT BURNDED AND THE PILOT RECEIVED SERIOUS INJURIES.
