DURING THE INITIAL TAKEOFF CLIMB AT ABOUT 400 FT AGL THE ACFT EXPERIENCED A LOSS OF POWER. DURING THE EMERGENCY DESCENT THE ENG RESTARTED AND RAN FOR APRX 30 SECONDS BEFORE QUITING AGAIN. THE PLT PEROFRMED A FORCED LANDING INTO THE PINE TREES BELOW.
