THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH THE GROUND AFTER TAKEOFF. THE PLT SAID HE OVER-ROTATED DURING TAKEOFF. THE ACFT ROLLED RIGHT AND LEFT, STRIKING THE RIGHT LANDING GEAR AND THEN THE LEFT WING ON THE RWY.
