SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF, THE ACFT CRASHED INTO THE OCEAN. VMC EXISTED AT THE ARPT BUT DENSE LOW OCEAN FOG WAS REPORTED AT THE CRASH SITE. SOME ACFT DEBRIS WAS RECOVERED.
