THE PILOT REPORTED THAT AS HE WAS STARTING THE ENGINE, FIRE BROKE OUT. HE ATTEMPTED TO PUT OUT THE FIRE WITH ON-BOARD EXTINGUISHERS, BUT FAILED. THE ACFT WAS DESTROYED BY FIRE.
