THE PLT REPORTED THAT HE WAS TAKING OFF FROM A DIRT ROAD WHEN THE ENG LOST POWER SHORTLY AFTER LIFT-OFF. SUBSEQUENTLY, THE LEFT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED DURING A HARD/FORCED LANDING.
