DURING AERIAL PHOTO MISSION ENGINE BEGAN TO RUN ROUGH. PILOT HEADED HOME BUT WAS FORCED TO LAND ENROUTE. AIRCRAFT SWERVED AND NOSED OVER. EXAM OF ENGINE SHOWED EXHAUST VALVE STUCK OPEN.
