AIRCRAFT LOST POWER, PILOT AUTOROTATED AT 20 FEET AGL. MADE HARD FORCED LANDING AND AIRCRAFT ROLLED OVER. PISTON ROD FAILED BECAUSE CAP BOLT WAS UNDERTORQUED.
