THE AIRCRAFT CONTACTED A 4-FOOT SNOWBERM LOCATED BETWEEN THE APPROACH LIGHTS AND THE END OF THE PAVEMENT DURING THE APPROACH. THE PILOT WAS AWARE OF THE SNOW BERM BY THE PUBLISHED NOTAM.
