AFTER TOUCHING DOWN THE AIRCRAFT ENCOUNTERED A PUDDLE OF WATER 5-7 INCHES DEEP ON THE RUNWAY. THE AIRCRAFT WAS PULLED INTO A SNOWBANK ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AFTER WHICH THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED.
