TAKEOFF WAS MADE ON A NORTH/SOUTH ROADWAY WITH THE SURFACE WINDS REPORTED OUT OF THE EAST AT 18 KNOTS. THE AIRCRAFT VEERED OFF THE ROAD AND COLLIDED WITH A TREE.
