THE PILOT MADE A LOW, SLOW PASS OVER A CAMP SO A PASSENGER COULD DROP A PACKAGE. AFTER THE PACKAGE WAS DROPPED, THE AIRCRAFT ENTERED A LEFT TURN, THEN STALLED AND SPUN TO THE GROUND.
