The student pilot reported that, during the landing roll on a snow and ice-covered runway, he lost directional control of the airplane. The airplane departed the left side of the runway, nosed over, and came to rest inverted which resulted in substantial damage to both wings. The student pilot reported that there were no preaccident mechanical malfunctions or failures with the airplane that would have precluded normal operation.
