The Comision de Investigacion de Accidentes y Incidentes de Aviacion Civil (CIAIAC) of Spain has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Canadair CL-215-1A10 airplane, which occurred on August 8, 2020. The NTSB has appointed a U.S Accredited Representative to assist under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacturer of the engines. All investigative information will be released by the CIAIAC.
