The Transport Safety Investigation Bureau (TSIB) of Singapore has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 777, which occurred on November 29, 2017. The NTSB has appointed a U.S Accredited Representative to assist under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, as the State of Manufacture and Design of the airplane.
