On January 7, 2017, about 1315 UTC, a Cessna A188A; HK714 was lost at sea after takeoff from La Guajira, Columbia. The wreckage was not recovered and the pilot was presumed fatally injured.The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Colombia.
