On August 27, 2017 about 2052 coordinated universal time (UTC), a Cessna T210M, Venezuelan registration YV2594, was substantially damaged during a forced landing, after a loss of engine power near Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela. The pilot and three passengers were seriously injured, and one passenger was fatally injured. The airplane had departed Uriman Airport (SVUM), Bolivar, Venezuela, destined for Tomas de Heres Airport (SVCB), Bolivar, Venezuela.The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Venezuela.
