The Air Accidents Investigation Unit (AAIU) of Belgium has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 737-4Q8, which occurred on July 31, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIU investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Manufacture and Design of the airplane.
