On October 22, 2015, about 1130 coordinated universal time , a Cessna 150H, Brazilian registration PR-DMT, was destroyed when it impacted terrain while on approach to land at Rondonopolis Airport, Rondonopolis, Mato Grosso, Brazil. The two occupants were fatally injured. The local personal flight was conducted under Brazilian flight regulations. This accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Brazil.
