The Comisión De Investigación De Accidentes E Incidentes De Aviación Civil (CIAIAC) of Spain has notified the NTSB of a fatal accident involving a Socata TB-9 airplane, EC-LIQ, that occurred on December 24, 2015. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CIAIAC under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Spain.
