On November 11, 2015, about 1930 universal coordinated time, an Air Tractor AT502B, Brazilian registration PR-RSA, was destroyed when it impacted terrain shortly after takeoff from Balsas Airport, Balsas Brazil. The pilot was fatally injured. The flight was conducted under Brazilian flight regulations.
