The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the United Kingdom has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 757, which occurred on October 22, 2013. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the AAIB investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of the Operator, and State of Manufacture and Design of the airplane.
