On May 13, 2013, about 0015 EDT, a Sikorsky S-76A, Helicopter, C-GIMY, impacted terrain after departing the Moosonee Airport (CYMO), Moosonee, Ontario. The two pilots and two medical crew were fatality injured in the accident. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Canadian government.
