On July 15, 2013, about 1157 coordinated universal time, a Cessna 208B, Guyana registration 8R-AMS, operated by Air Services Limited, was substantially damaged when it impacted terrain during approach at Matthew's Ridge Airport (SYMR), Matthew's Ridge, Guyana.
