On October 11, 2013, at 1900 universal coordinated time, a Bell 407, Argentinian registration LQ-BHT, impacted power lines after takeoff near Gobierno, in the province of San Juan, Argentina. The pilot and three passengers were injured and one passenger was fatally injured. This accident investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Junta de Investigación de Accidentes de Aviación Civil De Argentina.
