On October 16, 2012, at 1145 universal coordinated time, a Robinson R-44, RA-04206, was substantially damaged when it collided with the ground in Bunkovo, Istra region Moscow, Russia. The pilot was fatally injured. The flight was enroute to Plazh, Voronezh region Moscow, Russia, at the time of the accident.
