On June 8, 2012 at 1230 UTC, a Guatemalan registered Piper PA-25-260, TG-KOD, impacted terrain in a rural area near Caserio Las Mareas, Municipio de Ocos Departamento De San Marcos, Guatemala. The pilot, the sole person on board the airplane was fatally injured and the airplane was destroyed. The airplane was had departed from Caserio Las Mareas, Municipio de Ocos Departamento De San Marcos, Guatemala.
