According to the pilot, he touched down on the runway further down than he intended. He advanced the throttle in an attempt to clear a fence at the end of the runway and abort the landing. The airplane impacted the top of the fence, crossed a road, collided with another fence, and came to rest against a building. The firewall, horizontal stabilizer, and both wings were substantially damaged. The pilot reported no preimpact mechanical failures or malfunctions of the airplane.
