THE PILOT STATED THAT WHILE LANDING ON RWY 29, ABOUT 10 FT ABOVE THE RUNWAY AND OVER THE THRESHOLD, A GUST OF WIND PULLED UP THE LEFT WING PUTTING THE RIGHT WING ON THE GROUND.
