THE PILOT REPORTED THE ENGINE FAILED WHILE HE WAS ON AN AGRICULTURAL APPLICATION SPRAY RUN. HE ATTEMPTED A FORCED LANDING TO A RICE FIELD AND THE AIRPLANE FLIPPED OVER ON LANDING. NO CAUSE FOR THE ENGINE FAILURE WAS DETERMINED.
