THE PILOT MISJUDGED HIS INTENDED TOUCHDOWN POINT AND LANDED SHORT OF THE APPROACH END OF THE RUNWAY. DURING THE INITIAL TOUCHDOWN THE AIRPLANE STRUCK THE WHITE LIGHTS AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY.
