THE STUDENT PILOT MISJUDGED THE FLARE AND THE AIRPLANE BOUNCED ON LANDING. HE ATTEMPTED TO ABORT THE LANDING; HOWEVER, THE AIRPLANE DEPARTED CONTROLLED FLIGHT AND IMPACTED THE TERRAIN.
