THE PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING THE SECOND PRACTICE TOUCH AND GO LANDING, THE AIRPLANE FLARED TOO HIGH. WHEN THE AIRPLANE TOUCHED DOWN IT BOUNCED THEN LANDED HARD.
