WHILE ATTEMPTING TO EXIT THE RUNWAY AFTER LANDING IN CONDITIONS OF REDUCED VISIBILITY, THE CAPTAIN BECAME DISORIENTED, AND TURNED THE AIRCRAFT ONTO SNOW COVERED TERRAIN, BELIEVING IT TO BE A TAXIWAY.
